Frequently asked questions
Can I use Puppet Pals without joining the club?
Yes. The app is free to download and use with the Fairytale character pack, backdrops, and the ability to record and play back shows. Joining Creative Club unlocks all character packs, the ability to create your own characters, and removes all limits.
What happens to my shows if I leave the club?
Shows you’ve already created stay on your device. You’ll still have full access to the free features—you just won’t be able to use club features like AI styling, sharing, or custom characters until you rejoin.
How does sharing work?
When you upload a finished show, we host it and give you a link. Send that link to anyone—they can watch it in their browser, no app needed. Uploaded shows are available for 10 days.
I use Puppet Pals in a school. Is this the right version?
For classrooms, we recommend Puppet Pals: School Edition—a one-time purchase with everything unlocked and no membership needed. It’s designed for schools and can be deployed through Apple School Manager.
